What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to match you with a painting contractor.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and to refer you to painting contractors. Because we are a referral service, we share the details of your request with the independent painting contractors we match you with, so they can contact you and quote your project. That is the core of what we do with your information. We do not sell your contact information, and we do not share it for any other purpose.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics runs only with your consent.

You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.

Call buttons

When you tap a call button on this site we record an anonymous count of that tap, noting only which page it came from and the time. This sets no cookie, stores no IP address, and contains nothing that identifies you. We use it only to tell which of our sites a phone call came from, since several of our sites share one phone number.
